Visit to the Grinzane Cavour castle, one of the most representative manors in the area, where the history of the Italian nation blends with the development of wine production. Guided visit to a well-known wine cellar with tasting. Free time for shopping in Alba, the capital of the Langhe hills: stroll among medieval towers, Liberty buildings, elegant boutiques and historical cafés. Alternatively walking tour in Bra the city where Slow Food movement was born. Dinner in a characteristic restaurant. Overnight stay.
DAY 3
After breakfast, day at leisure in Turin to enjoy the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto by Slow Food: The philosophy of good, clean and fair food, which involves the Slow Food and Terra Madre worldwide network, belongs to everyone and should be enjoyed by the broadest possible spectrum of public. This year the successful event will take place in the most beautiful and prestigious sites in the city: Parco del Valentino, Palazzo Reale, Teatro Carignano, Circolo dei Lettori and Reggia di Venaria are just some of the venues where food producers from all over the world will display their products.
